MICROCHIP SERVICES
Cats, dogs, and rabbits that are brought into our shelter are scanned for microchips. If a microchip is detected, the owner may be located and reunited with the pet. When compared to traditional pet locating methods, a microchip can reduce or even avoid time-consuming and often unyielding search efforts and costly shelter stays for your pet.

A change in pet ownership information can be updated in the national database too!

MICROCHIP your pet as a part of your responsible pet ownership plan!!

To implant and register a microchip: $20.00

To transfer a microchip registration only: Cost depends on the chip manufacturer; please call or come to Animal Care Services for more information. (The microchip registration portion requires payment by a separate check, money order, or credit card. No cash, no exceptions!)
